Three key points about the new version of ChatGPT, GPT-4o

ChatGPTの新バージョンGPT-4o 3つのポイント
Hello! This is Orcel Saito.

Today I'll be talking about ChatGPT.

OpenAI has released a new version of GPT-4o.
The "O" stands for "omni," and it can process a variety of data, including text, images, and audio, with high accuracy.

Broadly speaking, there are three areas for improvement.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Conversation
Voice conversations will be possible at nearly the same speed as humans.
In addition to speed, the app will also include tone of voice, who is speaking, and emotional expression.
This new voice mode will be available in the coming weeks.
ChatGPT users can also chat with each other, and real-time translation functions are also provided.

2. Improved accuracy
The processing speed of images and text has improved dramatically.
Processing accuracy has also improved.
Text processing speed, especially Japanese, has more than doubled substantially.
It also achieved higher accuracy in image recognition than ever before.

3. GPT-4 is now available for free
GPT-4 functionality will be made available to free users, albeit with limitations.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the very near future, it will be possible to have timely conversations with people from other countries in different languages through ChatGPT.

I also think ChatGPT will increasingly be chosen as a conversation partner for humans.

There's no voice mode yet, but you can already use text and image recognition, and I can see that the speed and accuracy of responses have improved dramatically.

You can even draw a shape with pen on paper, take a photo of it, have GPT read it, write it in HTML or CSS, and then copy and paste it into your code.

Additionally, GPT has enabled us to dramatically reduce the time it takes to use data analysis.

I've also been able to create more and more images using GPT, which is very good and draws them in an instant.

Following on from last year, I would like to hold a GPT seminar somewhere this year as well.
