Do you have a performance-based compensation plan?
We do not offer performance-based compensation plans. The reason for this is that with performance-based compensation, for example, if we have a contract where we receive 1% of sales, we would receive 50,000 yen per month from a company with monthly sales of 5 million yen regardless of results, which creates the risk of concentrating resources on other fixed-fee clients. Also, if sales increase, it can be difficult to determine whether it is due to our measures or other factors. For this reason, we offer a fixed-fee plan to provide stable services to all clients.
