One mistake I made while running a butcher shop.

The other day, we received a first look at a new product, and although it deviated from our theory, it turned out to be very good and our customers liked it, so we decided to use it as is.
However, it doesn't sell at all.
After a while, there was still no sign of sales, so I created a more conventional product according to theory and posted it, and it started selling immediately.
There is a saying, "Shu-ha-ri," but no matter how good a way of doing things may seem, if it does not follow the principles, it will not work.
I knew this, but the result was so good that I couldn't help but give the OK.
