I'd like to introduce a tool that I learned about from a company president I know.
The tool is called "Lark."
We use a variety of business tools, such as Chatwork for communication, Airtable as a CRM tool, Google for calendars, and Notion for process management, and we pay a monthly subscription fee for each of them.
The tool we were introduced to this time, Lark, can do all of these things, and it's free, which was a huge shock to us.

It's super good.
It seems that the annual cost reduction will not be just a few hundred thousand yen.
There are apparently over 15,000 companies using it in Japan, but I'm not sure if I can call it a drawback, but some people may be concerned that it is a tool used by ByteDance, the company that operates TikTok.
However, although ZOOM is based in the United States, it is actually made in China, so I don't think there's much to worry about.
