Autumn is the season for studying.
Last Sunday, I took my first exam in decades.
It's the real estate exam.
I had heard that the real estate industry is a very old-fashioned industry, with most companies still communicating via fax and phone, and very few using the internet, so I applied in July on a whim, without having done any research at all.
In the end, I didn't have much time to study in August and September, but this month I studied for the entrance exam for the first time in 20 years and somehow managed to pass.
(The results haven't been announced yet, but I heard that the expected passing score was around 36 out of 50, and I scored 43 on my self-assessment, so I consider myself to have passed. If I had failed, I would have cried...lol)
I work in the web and e-commerce industry, where continuous study is essential, so I try to study by reading and catching up on information every day. Planning my exam studies, doing practice questions and past papers, the atmosphere in the exam room, and the excitement during the exam were all really exciting, and I felt about 20 years younger.
If I pass the exam, I would like to use Shopify to promote and sell real estate both domestically and internationally.
The good thing about real estate is that you don't have to purchase it.
If you're looking for some excitement, I recommend getting some kind of qualification.
It might be an opportunity to start a new business.
