Today I visited one of our consulting clients to wish them a Happy New Year.

Looking at the data you have,

- The brand we currently handle is already at the top of the market and sales are unlikely to grow any further (the top 3 accounts for 50% of the total, and we are one of them)
・On the other hand, this product category as a whole still does not have a market share of around 2%, so there is room for growth.
・And this market is growing at 50% compared to last year.

We learned these things and took various measures on the spot to help them decide on the direction they wanted to take.

Since I became involved, sales have increased by about 3,000 times in the year and a half (it's true), but the next step is to select locations to replicate and expand the strategies I've learned.

The quickest way is to reduce it.
