How to sell products while doing research

リサーチしながら商品を販売してしまう方法
Thank you for your support. This is Orcel Saito.

Today, I visited a client to provide consulting services, and the topic of product research came up.

Research is the process of gathering information about your competitors and potential customers.

Those of you who listen to my seminars every time will probably think that I say this all the time.

Not doing research is one of the top three reasons why people fail.

If it's an online shop, I look closely at other stores and reviews and use that information to improve my own store.

There is a lot to discover by just doing a little.
Today, too, I learned a lot during the short consulting time.

And if you have the time, I recommend doing some research on social media.

It depends on the industry, but I recommend Twitter.
The reason is too long to explain, but I would encourage you to try searching for the products we carry on Twitter.

Not only can you gather information, but you can also gather potential customers.
Maybe you can make sales there in person.
Don't you think this is a meaningful method for online shops that simply wait?

In fact, when I put in today's customer's products just now,

"I changed only the mattress to A (the manufacturer you use), so I'm wondering why only the frame is B (a rival manufacturer)."

I found this tweet in 30 seconds.

Not only will you learn something, but you might also get others to follow you, send you messages, and encourage them to make purchases, which could help spread the word to more people.

Social media research is also very effective for online shops.
I hope you will find this useful.
