The relationship between rice shortages and online shop sales

米不足とネットショップの売上の関係
This is Orsel Saito.

Today, I spoke with the president of a rice shop for the first time in a while.

It seems that rice shops are also experiencing a rice shortage, and are doing things like going to local areas to bring in brown rice to keep up with supply.
However, they also said that the situation will probably calm down by next week, so it seems that the rice shortage will not last long.

When we looked into it using the tool, we found that there were many products that had previously been selling for around 200,000 yen a month, but in August they were selling for 30 million yen.
Disaster prevention goods were also a big hit during the recent typhoon, so if you're looking for products, it might be a good idea to prepare some for natural disasters.

Even if you are not aiming for a bubble, it is still very beneficial to look at the sales data of other companies in your industry.
By looking at the data, you can see which products are selling and how much, preventing you from wasting effort and money.

Just the other day, I was researching with a customer about a product that had recently been selling really well in our physical store, and discovered that it wasn't selling at all online, so we were glad we didn't have to waste money on purchasing the product.

If you are running a mall and don't know the sales situation of your competitors or the sales volume of the mall as a whole, why not take a look with us?
